If I am approved what will I be asked to pay?
Upon approval you will be asked to pay a deposit of one week’s rent immediately. Following receipt of payment an appointment is made at the office with your Property Manager to sign Tenancy documents and to make payment of Security Deposit and balance of calendar month’s rent.
